The Will County Clerk is the Official Clerk for the Will County Board. In that role, she keeps a permanent record of the County Board’s official proceedings. The County Clerk records the minutes for every County Board meeting. In addition, she keeps a permanent file of those minutes as well as permanent files for all Will County ordinances and resolutions. Will County ordinances dating back to 2011 also are compiled online in the Will County Code of Ordinances.

PLEASE NOTE: The Will County Clerk does not maintain records of ordinance violations, building code violations, environmental violation, criminal complaints or traffic citations.
